Johnson & Johnson Technology Services is recruiting for a Technology Lead, Data Integration. This position is based in Raritan N.J.

As a Technology Lead for data integration platforms, you are responsible for the engineering, development and operations of enterprise-wide platform services specifically Informatica, Talend and others. These platforms can be hosted on-premises or in the cloud. In partnership with data solutions teams, you will design and implement scalable, extensible and highly available data pipelines on various data sets that will enable impactful insights and drive innovation for Johnson & Johnson.

Responsibilities
• Lead architecture, design, implementation effort that is scalable to the region, sector, and franchise level.
• Look for innovative solutions in the market to address potentially unmet business needs.
• Learn and stay up to date on relevant data technologies, trends, industry standards and identify future technology offerings for JJTS.
• Together with respective platform service owners, define service road maps, drive innovation, and ensure service SLAs for our business partners are met.
• Ensure that the business and technical solution architecture is complete and fit-for-purpose in terms of its ability to address partner requirements, including schedules and budgets.
• Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support and handle escalations from L2/L1 support teams. Prioritize and escalate problem tickets to product vendors and track resolutions.
• Influence product roadmaps of vendors/suppliers to best serve J&J's needs.
• Implement Intelligent Automation (IA) capabilities to improve owned service efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.
• Partner with Information Security, Risk Management, Technology Quality to ensure established platforms remain secure, compliant and reliable throughout their lifecycles.
• Align with business and development teams on product goals.
• Develop operational dashboards with key performance metrics. Maintain a backlog of enhancements and prioritize development.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or IT fields.
• 6+ years of professional experience is required.
• Ability to lead large vendor resource teams, many of whom are likely to be offshore or nearshore, as part of agile delivery.
• Must have some combination of the following major technical skills:
o Cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google
o ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Databricks, AWS Glue
o Relational DBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL server, Postgres, MySQL)
o Data management platforms like Apache Spark, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Snowflake.
• The following skills are highly desirable:
o APIs, integration development
o Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.)
o Familiarity with data warehouses, data lakes, ETL processes, data virtualization, data catalogs, Master Data Management, machine learning
o Change Data Capture technologies
o Event driven architecture and event streaming implementations.
• Solid experience in developing data ingestion, data processing pipelines.
• Proven knowledge in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that includes Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Maintenance and Testing using various methodologies.
• Working experience of Unix/Linux, Windows system administration including scripting languages, Bash, Shell, Python, PowerShell, R, etc.
• Knowledge of networking, firewall, load balancer, DNS, etc.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Have good time management skills.
