• Experience providing support related to the implementation of Celonis process mining to our customers 

• Experience with coding, development, and software support or a similar occupation 

• Strong SQL and database experience 

• Understanding of ETL jobs, data warehouses/lakes, data modeling, schema design 

• Building deep expertise in various technical areas of the Celonis platform (e.g. Machine Learning, Performance Optimization) 

• Engaging in customer projects as a technical expert 

• Creating documentation on best practices around various technical topics to enable and support the Professional Services teams 

• Experience troubleshooting issues to determine the root cause and present suggested workarounds and solutions 

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and issues at the same time and to complete them in an effective and timely manner 

• Self-starter with natural curiosity for technical topics and willingness to self-educate 

• Experience in business intelligence, data engineering, business analytics, or a similar field 

• Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities 

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to continually learn and share knowledge 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and oral skills, and willingness to present on a variety of functional or technical topics to broad audiences 

• Experience mentoring and advising junior staff 

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, CIS) required  

• 3+ years in a related field required, preferably in professional services and/or industry 

• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP, or SAP Certifications are strongly preferred
