Where We Need You: 

Protiviti is seeking a Business Intelligence Senior Consultant to join our growing team. 

What You Can Expect: 

The Senior Consultant coaches Interns, Consultants, and facilitates the successful completion of project work plans. Serving as both role model and trainer, the Senior Consultant demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency. The Senior Consultant learns to identify areas of risk and opportunities to improve efficiencies. Relationships with client personnel and professional associates strengthen as the ability to communicate, gain trust and network improves. At the direction of managers, the Senior Consultant may accept responsibility for decision-making, ranging from staffing and preparation of deliverables to application of methodologies.

• Performed extensive GAP analysis using Tableau Prep in the project as there were numerous 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' conditions

• Using SQL and Tableau Prep for managing large volume of data 

• Improving data processing speed by building SQL automations 

• Developed a comprehensive plan based on Tableau Blueprint to ensure taking a holistic approach to accelerate company-wide adoption of data and analytics 

• Involved in creating database objects like tables, views, procedures, triggers, and functions using T-SQL to provide definition, structure and to maintain data efficiently 

• Communicating with customers to analyze historical data and identify KPIs 

• Created action filters, parameters, and calculated sets for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau Desktop 

• Building and publishing customized interactive reports and dashboards, report scheduling using Tableau Server

• Restricted data for particular users using Row-level security and User filters

• Developed Tableau workbooks from multiple data sources using Data Blending

• Implementing Tableau mobile dashboards with the help of Tableau mobile application 

• Creating customize maps with the help of Mapbox Map  

• Analyzing the data so as to identify trends and share insights

• Recognizing areas for automation 

• Producing support documentation and keep existing documentation up-to-date

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree required 

• 5+ years in a related field; preferably in professional services and/or industry
