• Demonstrated experience helping organizations design or implement effective Data Governance programs, understanding the full breadth of different types of Data Governance controls, organizations, and effective strategies for driving these needs.   

• Success working in one of several data governance technology areas, including but not limited to:  

-Metadata management and data lineage utilizing technologies such as Collibra, IBM's Information Governance Catalog, Alation, Informatica's Enterprise Data Catalog, or others.  

-Data Quality tools such as Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), SAS Data Management, IBM InfoSphere Quality stage, or others.  

-Master Data Management tools, such as Informatica, Oracle, SAP MDG, Profisee, or others.  

-Data prep tools, such as Alteryx Designer, Informatica Big Data, or others.  

• Prior experience supporting clients implementing Master Data Management (MDM) with a full understanding of the business process and technology coordination needed for success in this area. 

• Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise Data Governance frameworks, such as the EDM Council's DCAM, the Data Management Association's DMBOK model, or other overall governance frameworks.  

• Overall knowledge and experience in dealing with Regulatory drivers for Enterprise Data Governance, such as CCPA / CPRA / GDPR for Privacy, BCBS239 / RDA / CCAR for Financial Servicers, or others along with ability to articulate how Governance is applied in these cases to address the Compliance or Regulatory needs.    

• Demonstrated project management and client relationship skills

• Supervisory experience of teams including Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers, and Associate Directors

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other post-graduate degree is a plus   

• 10+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry   

• Prior consulting experience   

• Financial Services or healthcare experience
